Loki Pov:
The girl was gone from the kitchen, fixing a room for me she said. Then something about rules why would I follow them no matter what they were...still I was interested. From the looks of it she doesn't get many visitors or even care for them. I thought glancing around her home.
she was acting very nervous when Tony ordered her to help me but not at all mad, she was a strange one but she had manners at least but I wonder why she was acting like that? The place was decent enough a little old fashioned for a mortal of her age but it would suit me just fine, the only thing that was a little odd was the thick blankets over her windows. At least she valued her privacy enough...despite everything I like it here.
"Alright your room is ready." the girl said walking back in the kitchen.
"I appreciate your hospitality my dear." I said as she sat across from me looking down in thought for a moment.
"Is something wrong?" I asked she was acting weird...well weirder for a midguardian.
"Oh no um...oh ya I got a few rules if your going to stay here with me." she began looking up. "I guess you noticed the blankets!?"
"Yes, do you value your privacy that much?" I asked grabbing another apple.
"Ya!" she smiled, she was clearly lying to me. "Just don't open them at all." she said.
"Is that a rule?!" I asked raising my brows to her, I never did like being ordered around.
"Yes." she answered politely.
"Alright is that all?" I asked again before taking a bite.
"No...since I work during the nights I usually just sleep through the days." she said putting her arms up to rest her head on.
"So I would appreciate your hospitality as well to not go through my things while I sleep." she continued.
"Fair enough my dear." I said throwing my core in the trash.
"Its (y/n)." she said sweetly with a smile.
She was beautiful when she smiled well beautiful for a mortal at least, she seemed like she didn't smile very often. She had a deep sadness in her eyes...why?
Where were her parents?
Tony did say before we got here that she told him that they died long ago and she's been alone ever since then, but she never told him the exact details of how. She was keeping that hidden he said it pained her to talk about it so he left it alone and treated her different more like his daughter than his worker. Probably out of pity for her I thought as he talked more in the car.
Even going as far as telling me to not get too friendly with her acting like any father would in protecting there daughter, he was annoying like I would listen to him even if I did happen to be interested in her. But when I saw her she was even more prettier than I would of imagined but still I wasn't interested...was I?
She was a mystery I could tell while I looked around her home, she intrigued me for a mortal girl I'm going to have to learn more about her later on.
"I'm Loki." I said with a smile.
"Nice to meet you." she said extending her hand which I took and kissed it again. She appeared to be blushing slightly as she smiled.
Reader Pov:
He kissed your hand again making you smile.
It was so nice to have men like him in this world again, since when did hand shaking take the place of the hand kiss for women anyway?
In that split second you forgotten about why he shouldn't be here and focused on him, he was so handsome, his raven hair, his green eyes you started to like him being here you weren't alone anymore...but you still were scared of what would happen with him being here.
"Thank you!" you whispered feeling yourself blush.
He looked sleepy so you decided you would show him to his room tonight. "Would you like me too show you to your room?"
"That would be fine thank you." he said as you both stood up and left down the hall.
"This will be your room, my room is down the hall if you need anything." you told him as you were about to head back in your living room.
"Aren't you going to bed?" he asked making you stop. "No as I told you I won't be able to sleep till morning."
"Ah yes your night job with Stark." he said putting his hands behind him.
"Goodnight Loki!" you whispered before leaving.
"Goodnight (y/n)!" he whispered back as he closed his door.

AWWW! I like this chapter! Tis certainly cool and sweet. Loki you are such a gentleman! I LOVE IT! Looks like you'll find out more information for me, maybe not, but yes, I do hope you don't look through my things while I am sleeping, but everything else you have control over, that is if I have books or a tv in which to help you with entertainment. Just no wild parties while I am out. Don't I get this week off? How are we supposed to spend together if I am sleeping and he's awake or vice versa?
