Loki stood there on the cliff side facing the dark one with a hateful sneer and even more hateful glare "You can't do nothing but watch...watch as I burn this whole universe away!" the dark one said then laughed darkly, eyeing him with her pitch black eyes, her colorless and lifeless hair hung free like a tangled mess over her dead looking skin.

Loki bore his teeth "Let her go evil creature!!" he shouted referring to you the dark one was holding captive within your body she was using as her own.

She laughed more "What I done you foolish boy is irreversible and besides I wouldn't even if I could, this is the most fun I have had in centuries. Foolish child even once thought of me as her only friend...Ha like I would be friends with such a weak, pathetic, and foolish human girl who never realized why she was born with me within her in the first place."

Loki glared at her "Don't you dare make fun of (y/n) you bitch and what do you mean why she was born with you!?" he said in a slight shout as he held a hold of his dagger tightly, gripping it hard enough from his rage to make his knuckles grow ghostly white.

She grinned far more evil then Loki could ever manage "Foolish little boy I picked her to harbor my dark soul like a cocoon, naturally!" she chuckled at her joke "She was born to be my vessel, do you not know of the age old prophecy...it goes that the dark one would come in the form of a child with (h/l) (h/c) hair and beautiful (e/c) that sparkled like the moons reflection on clear water, then when the child grows and reaches into womanhood that the dark one would take control destroying everything and anything in her path until there is nothing but darkness and chaos. You see I am that evil and (y/n) is that girl she was doomed as soon as she was born." she told him.

What he heard made him even more angry and heartbroken, he remembered the tale being told in Asgard as a boy, he also knew she was telling the true when she said you were truly in fact doomed. Loki glanced at the dagger he gripped so tightly he could feel his fingernails digging into his flesh but he didn't care because you were all he cared about, he loved you so much he didn't want to lose you even if you were now being controlled by the dark one. But that would be the selfish decision, the wrong one and he knew it, he knew you would want him to make the right decision not just for you but the whole universe. He swallowed hard fighting his tears and looked back up at the dark you with a hateful and furious glare as he started to sneer.

The dark one eyed the blade with a raised eyebrow and she smirked "Now what are going to do with that, you know very well that if you kill me you kill her..." she mocked then a sicking sound cut her off as pain shot through her stomach, Loki had pierced your body swiftly with his own dagger. The dark one looked down at the dagger sticking out of her gut with shock then looked back up at Loki who began to cry as the color came back to your eyes. Loki looked at you sorrowfully and caught your body as it began to fall, he kneeled down on the ground holding onto you, looking down at you through pain stricken eyes.

Loki took a quick shaky breath "I'm sorry (y/n)...please forgive me, I'm so sorry..." he sobbed out then burrowed his face in your neck as your hair color began to come back and your skin color slowly turned back to normal.

You had gained control the dark one can't survive without you after all "Lo...ki...don't blame yourself please, I-Its what I want ahh...what I wanted you to do because mmm...because it was the right thing...to do." you managed to say through the pain as tears of your own started to roll down your cheeks and fresh blood seeped out of the hole in your stomach.

He brought his head back and looked at you now "I love you (y/n), please stay here with me." he begged as you felt everything fading away from you.

You managed a small smile "You know I can't...I love you too Loki always remember that...and that this wasn't your fault it was nobody's just destiny as cruel as it is...I wish I could stay here with you but I know in my heart we will meet again..." you said then smiled more and reached up placing your hand on his cheek, he placed his hand over it instantly and looked at you with a very small smile but it soon faded as your hand went limp and fell from his cheek onto the cold ground.

"(Y/N)!!!" Loki screamed as he held your body closer to him and began to cry even more.

He then placed his hand over your cheek "Come back...come back to me, (y/n)!" he sobbed out as he shook your lifeless body now frantically "Your not dead...wake up please just wake up..." Loki sobbed out again and burrow his face in your neck crying still.

You were finally free of that side that shone through anything reflective, the dark one was dead now and so were you, Loki had made the choice in the end to save the universe because its what you wanted. You were at peace now and so was the whole world and the worlds beyond that and the worlds beyond even those, you had died with a smile staring at the only man you ever truly loved and you just knew you would see him again one day and that's how you were able to coop as your spirit left your body and the dark ones just faded away to nothing, your spirit was at true bliss as it floated up into the realm of Valhalla.
